Stuffed with vegetables in chili sauce

Hello everyone, I'm Jim, welcome to our recipe page. Today we will make a special dish, how to make the best peppers stuffed with vegetables in sauce. This is one of my favorites. For me, I'm going to make it a little special. It will smell and look delicious.

When it comes to cooking, remember that everyone starts somewhere. I don't know anyone who was born and trained with a wooden spoon. There is much to learn to be a productive cook, and there is always room for improvement. Not only do you have to start with the basics when cooking, but you almost have to start over when you learn to cook a new dish like Chinese, Thai or Indian food.

Healthy cooking is often difficult because most people don't want to spend time planning and preparing meals that our families neglect. At the same time, we want to keep our families healthy, so we're under pressure to learn new and better ways to prepare well-balanced meals that families love (and, unfortunately, in some cases hate).

Bring a sandwich with a variety of breads. Contrary to popular belief, my kids love to try new things. This is a rare quality that I really appreciate. Believe me, I fully understand how lucky I am. My younger son, on the other hand, has little problem with coarse or dry bread. Her current favorite sandwich is the Sweet Hawaiian Roll. We put meat, cheese, mustard and pickles on it like a bun and he loved it. Another good idea is to make holes in the crust and fill with ground beef and cheddar cheese. It is possible to bake it in your toaster oven for a few minutes to cure the sandwich. The kitchen area is minimal and you usually don't need any deep knowledge to make or enjoy a simple sandwich. Other great bread ideas include ham and cheese croissants or chicken salad, pita tacos (another favorite in our house), and paninis (this works great if you have a George Foreman grill or panini press).

The type of ingredients, from the choice of fresh ingredients to the ability to slice the dish, the way it is prepared and served, many things affect the flavor quality of vegetables stuffed with chili in sauce. Don't worry if you want to stuff the peppers with a delicious vegetable sauce at home, because if you know the trick, this dish can be used as an extra treat.

The number of servings that can be served to make Vegetable Sauce Stuffed Chili is 6 people. So make sure that this portion is enough for you and your beloved family.

Also, it is estimated that the cooking time for stuffed peppers with vegetables in the sauce is about one hour.

Instructions for preparing stuffed peppers with vegetables in sauce

  1. Wash and dry the peppers, then cut them in half and remove the seeds. This dish can also be served as an appetizer. So if you want to serve it like this, you can cut the chilli into pieces. The stuffing can be made in a variety of ways with as many ingredients as you like, be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian. You can fill it with tofu, mushrooms, minced meat, etc. With vegetable mash, cheese or as desired.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and add the cumin seeds, grind them, then stir in the grated ginger, garlic and green chillies. ingredients, then fry briefly. Until the raw taste disappears, then add chopped garlic and cook for a while, then carrots, fry, then corn and beans. Fry everything for 3-4 minutes, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. The whole process must be done on high heat, as all these vegetables have a high water content. When it is completely dry, turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit before handling. Then brush the inside of the peppers with olive oil and stuff them completely, just press and stuff. Now bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven or microwave or hot air fryer or cook on a gas stove. Grease the bottom of the pan with oil only.
  4. Add the stuffed peppers and bake until the edges are golden, then grate over the mozzarella cheese of your choice and bake for 2 minutes at the same temperature to melt the cheese. Remove and now your dish is ready to serve as an appetizer. Serve hot and you will love it. But I'll be serving it as a main course, so I'll make a dip for it, a simple all-purpose sauce that can be used in a variety of dishes and also preserved.
  5. In the same pan, when it is hot add olive oil, when it starts to add cumin seeds, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the raw taste disappears. Then add chopped onion and cook till oil comes out, then add tomato puree, mix well and cook again till oil comes out. You can make onion and tomato paste instead of mashing.
  6. Then add the spices one at a time, all listed in the ingredients section. You can season it more or less according to your taste. You can add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Mix everything very well and cook, adding water 2-3 tbsp at a time, till it is cooked very well and all the roughness is gone. In total, we need 1/4 cup of water to cook the sauce completely. Now we will cover it and cook it on low flame for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Now the sauce is ready. You can also make them quite thin, but you need a thick sauce for this dish, as peppers contain a lot of water and make sauces bland and tasteless. To store this dressing, thicken and cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 8-10 days, using as needed.
  8. Prepare this dish and enjoy it with your loved ones. happy kitchen
