- Wash the fish leaves well. Filter and place in a large bowl or bowl.
- Add red pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, juice of 1.5 lemons, 1 teaspoon pepper powder and salt. Fry well on both sides and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- In another bowl, crack two eggs and mix gently. Place the bread on another large plate.
- Now grease the boiled fish pieces with little oil. Dip in the egg mixture and immediately place on the breadcrumbs. Seal well and spread on both sides.

- Apply a little oil on both sides of the fried fish. Place them in the prepared pan and fry them on both sides, flipping them once in between. It takes 14-15 minutes per set.

- Remove the fish cakes and set aside.

- For tartar sauce, add mayonnaise, chili powder, juice of half a lemon, jalapeño and salt. Mix well. You can mix chopped coriander and a pinch of mustard. I didn't do that.

- To assemble the burger, cut the bun in half, spread the tartar sauce on top, top with chopped cabbage, onion and a slice of cheese (optional) and top with grilled fish pieces. Spread the other side lightly with remould. Coating and finishing. You can cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

- Served with mustard and ketchup. Enjoy!

- A great choice for a birthday or tea time snack 🙂
