- 30 grams of garlic (minced)
- 70 grams of onion (finely chopped)
- 2-3 small potatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 small carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 pound paprika (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of gram puree
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons of oil
- Wrap the cream balls.

Directions for Making Store-Bought Fried Chicken Curry Pie with Store-Bought Shrimp Paste
- Thaw frozen dough slightly.

- Then we put it in the fridge until serving time.

- To prepare the filling: Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil until hot. Cook onion, garlic and curry leaves until fragrant. Then add the curry powder as well as the chickpea puree and cook for a minute, mixing well.
- Add the chicken and mix well. Cook chicken until browned. Then add the potatoes and carrots and mix well. Add water, cubes, salt (1-2 pints) and sugar and mix well. Cover mixture and cook until potatoes and carrots are tender. Stir every 3-4 minutes.
- Finish: Remove lid and continue cooking until liquid has evaporated or is desired consistency. Turn off heat and let cool.

- Take the flour out of the fridge (I took them out one by one to make them easier to handle). Cut it in half. Fill 2 generously in the top half leaving a 1cm tip.

- Fold the edges in half with a fork.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 4 minutes

- Brush the edges of the tart with the egg whites, place on a baking sheet and bake on each side for 8 minutes. (If you're using parchment paper on the bottom of the pan, be sure to tap it lightly so it doesn't fly off the ceiling, as it will burn.)
